Prime Textiles (HK) Ltd is a modern enterprise specializing in the research and development, design, production, and sales of denim fabrics which was founded in 2009 with its Head Office based in Hong Kong and its mill located in the Light Industrial Park of Lanxi, a city in Zhejiang well-known for its weaving industries.
As a professional manufacturer, we are specialized in producing high-graded denim fabrics, which include 100% Cotton, CVC, MODAL, SLUB, STRETCH, TENCEL, Mercerized, etc., of grammage ranging from 4 to 14 ounces with a maximum width for stretch fabrics can reach up to 66/67”.
Our mill is furnished with an advanced level of dyeing, weaving, and finishing processing and has a perfect quality control system. At Present, the factory is equipped with combined sizing and dyeing machines, Tow dyeing machines, Picanol looms, 220 gamma Rapier weaving machines imported from Belgium, a number of post-finishing shrinking machines, including mercerizing. Our mill is equipped with an automatic vacuum packaging system, and we produce around 15 million meters per year.
Due to our persistence for a strict quality management and excellent product quality, we comply with ISO9001 quality management system, and ISO14001, environmental management system. We have moved ahead with sustainability, developing an ecological model in manufacturing environmentally-friendly fabrics which has directly contributed to the sustainability of the natural environment and in doing so maintaining its sustainable certifications.
At present, 90% of our exports are to Southeast Asia, Europe and South America. Due to our business philosophy and our company being backed by an adroit team of experts, whose unswerving efforts have established us as a “trustworthy name” among national and global clients, we have further won their trust and admiration. We have been approved and nominated by a number of Brands and we have partnered with some of the Garment Factories who are being a loyally servicing each other for many years.
